Instructions for paying talent admission fees, verifying foreign language certificates and the 2023 thinking assessment exam

I. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING TALENT SCREENING FEES

1/ Subjects: Candidates who have registered for talent screening on the website https://xttn.hust.edu.vn/

2/ Time: From 9:00 a.m. March 30, 2023 to 5:00 p.m. May 30, 2023

3/ Admission fee:

(1) Admission fee for Category 1.1 (National/International Excellent Student Award): 50,000 VND (Fifty thousand VND)
(2) Admission fee for Category 1.2 (International Certificate SAT/ACT/A-LEVEL/AP/IB): 150,000 VND (One hundred and fifty thousand VND)
(3) Admission fee for Category 1.3 (Application profile combined with interview): 150,000 VND (One hundred and fifty thousand VND)

4/ Payment method:

Step 1: Candidates log in to the system https://xttn.hust.edu.vn/

(*) Note: To pay the admission fee, candidates need to complete the talent admission registration for categories 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 previously.

Step 2: Candidates choose to pay the fee by hovering over their personal avatar image and selecting PAY.

Candidates will see unpaid Fees as shown in the image. To pay the fee, select "Pay".

Note: Candidates can still modify information on the website (within the time limit) after paying the fee.

Step 3: The system will go to the payment page

Candidates can choose 1 of 3 payment methods:

(1) Pay with Foxpay wallet: See instructions for use at foxpay.vn/support. If there is a problem during the payment process, candidates should call Foxpay Wallet Support (19006600) [ Or refer to the Wallet Creation Instructions]

(2) Payment by Domestic Card (Using a bank's ATM card): If there is a problem during the payment process, candidates call the Napas Service Portal Hotline: 0243 936 1818 [ Refer to more instructions HERE ]

(3) Payment by International Card (Visa, Mastercard Credit Card): If there is a problem during the payment process, candidates call the Napas Service Portal Hotline: 0243 936 1818 [See more instructions HERE]

Step 4: After successful payment and checking that money has been deducted from the account, candidates return to https://xttn.hust.edu.vn/thanhtoan to check the payment status.

The status changes to "Closed" which means the candidate has successfully paid the fee

II. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING FEE FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGE CERTIFICATE AUTHENTICATION

1/ Subject: Candidates who have registered to convert foreign language certificate points on the website https://xttn.hust.edu.vn/

2/ Time: From 9:00 a.m. March 30, 2023 to 5:00 p.m. June 30, 2023

3/ Fee level: Fee for authenticating and converting foreign language certificates: 50,000 VND (Fifty thousand VND)

4/ Payment method:

Step 1: Candidates log in to the system https://xttn.hust.edu.vn/

(*) Note: To pay the authentication fee, candidates need to complete the registration of certificate information conversion in the section Verifying and converting foreign language points before.

Step 2: Candidates choose to pay the fee by hovering over their personal avatar image and selecting PAY.

Candidates will see the Unpaid Fees as shown in the photo. To pay the fee, select "Pay".

Step 3: The system will go to the payment page

Candidates can choose 1 of 3 payment methods:

Step 4: After successful payment and checking that money has been deducted from the account, candidates return to https://xttn.hust.edu.vn/thanhtoan to check the payment status.

The status changes to "Closed" which means the candidate has successfully paid the fee

III. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING EXAM FEES FOR THINKING ASSESSMENT EXAM

1/ Subjects: Candidates who have registered to take the thinking assessment exam on the website tsa.hust.edu.vn

2/ Time: [Time not yet set]

2. Fee level: Fee for participating in the thinking assessment exam: 300,000 VND (Three hundred thousand VND)

4/ Payment method:

After the candidate completes payment, the status on the "Exam registration" tab will display "Registered" or check at "Waiting for procedure" to see the candidate's payment order code.

The account status displayed above means the candidate has completed registration to participate in the thinking exam. Candidates use the order code to check later if necessary.

Note:

- If candidates choose to pay with Foxpay Wallet, after installing Foxpay wallet, they need to link their bank account and deposit money into Foxpay wallet before they can scan the QRcode to pay.

- If the candidate has made a payment, but his or her Foxpay Wallet account or bank account or credit card account has not been deducted, the candidate needs to proactively contact Foxpay Wallet Support (19006600), Hotline of Napas service portal: 0243 936 1818 or Viettel Money Hotline: 1800 9000 for support.

- If candidates have made payment, but the Fee Payment status on the website https://xttn.hust.edu.vn is not yet closed, candidates should send an email to tuyensinh@hust.edu.vn with the content including the number. ID (ID card number), account login password, contact phone number, photo proof of money being deducted in the last message (clearly showing time of money being deducted, payment method... ). Or contact Hotline 084 868 3408 for support.

- Fee payment time: From 9:00 a.m. March 30, 2023 to 5:00 p.m. May 31, 2023. If a candidate has registered to convert foreign language certificates but has NOT completed paying the fee, the request to convert foreign language certificate points has not yet been validly confirmed.
