Instructions for registering for talent admission 2023 - Register an account

I. SUBJECTS OF REGISTRATION

• Candidates who wish to register for admission to Hanoi University of Science and Technology using the XTTN method;
• Candidates who wish to register to authenticate and convert foreign language points to an international foreign language certificate.

II. REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Candidates should use computers and Chrome and Coccoc browsers to register information on this system to avoid possible errors.

Declare candidates' personal information

+ In the portrait image selection section, candidates can select the portrait file image taken by clicking on the file selection button to the image

 * Request:

+ Newly taken portrait photo and standard photo size 3x4 (113 x151 pixels)

+ After uploading photos to the system, candidates continue to declare required personal information (Full name at birth, Gender, Date of birth, Province, city, district, address of birth and information accurate citizen identification number)

+ For the CCCD/ID card/HC section, candidates note that they must enter the correct CCCD/ID card/HC number because it will be used as their account login name.

+ For uploaded images of CCCD/ID/HC, note that the uploaded image must have a size greater than or equal to 350 px

+ Candidates should note that they need to ENTER their email account EXACTLY because the system will send account information and password to the email they provided.

Declare your permanent address and contact address

* Note:

• In case you have selected Ward/Commune in the box above, you do not need to re-enter the Ward/Commune name in the House number and street name box.
• In case, if you select Other in the Ward/Commune box, you must enter the Ward/Commune name in the House number and street name box.
• This address will be used to send exam envelopes, score cards and contact candidates when necessary Declare the learning process at the high school where the candidate attends

+ In this section, candidates note the choice of exam subjects. If the candidate is studying at a high school, then check the 12th grade student box, otherwise, in the remaining cases, check the Free candidate box.

* Note: In the 2023 admission period, for those who are still studying in grade 12, they will only have to re-scan the results of the grades 10, 11 and the first semester of grade 12. As for those who are currently self-selected candidates, Therefore, it is mandatory to re-scan the learning results of all 6 semesters (semesters I and II of grades 10, 11 and 12).

Priority Information

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Even if you belong to Region 3; Not subject to priority. This section must also be filled out. If NO, you will not be able to press Save and confirm the email

In the Priority Information section, there will be two main sections that candidates need to pay attention to: Priority Areas and Priority Objects. This information field is intended to save profile information for later when candidates are directly admitted to talent screening.

* Priority areas and Priority subjects only apply point addition when considering university admission based on test scores (GDT and High School Exam) according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Save and confirm Email

+ After completing all the steps above to declare personal information, candidates finish by clicking on   to complete registration on the system.

+ The system will send information about the login ID and password to the admission registration system of Hanoi University of Science and Technology to the mailbox that the candidate declared in Step 1 (above). (Remember to check your SPAM folder if you don't see the email)

Candidates use the above information to log in at the link  https://xttn.hust.edu.vn/login/ and need to change their password as soon as they log in for the first time.
