The Microelectronics and Nanotechnology (MEN) engineering program is designed to be application-oriented and research-oriented to equip learners with knowledge of electronic materials, semiconductor physics, integrated circuit design and manufacturing as well as thin film technology, cleanroom to research and solve problems of semiconductor components, electronic devices and microelectromechanical systems.
