Knowledge and skills gained after graduation

Knowledge

  • Students are equipped with the solid specialized knowledge of Food Engineering in research, design, installation, and operation of production lines; organizing and managing (technology, engineering, product quality) and operating production and business in the food industry.

Skill

  • Have professional skills and personal qualities, necessary social and communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and in an internationally integrated environment;
  • Having the ability to start a business and adapt well to the industrial revolution 4.0;
  • Having basic knowledge of social sciences and humanities relevant to the food engineering industry to effectively contribute to the sustainable development of the country.

Foreign Language

  • Effective use of English language in communication and work, achieving TOEIC score of 500 or higher.

  • 2 - 5 scholarships of companies and enterprises worth 2,000,000 - 3,000,000 VND / interest
  • 5 scholarships from the study promotion fund of the Institute of Biotechnology and Technology, worth 2,000,000 VND / interest

Student exchange, internship, and graduate scholarships:

  • 5 scholarships for 10-day, 30-day short-term internships at Japanese universities (including travel and accommodation costs).
