Announcement of admission to Master's degree in 2023

Hanoi University of Science and Technology announces admission for master's degree with the following contents:

1. Form and duration of training

- Concentrated training in the form of credit.

- Training period: 2 years.

2. Education program

Research-oriented Master's training program in science/engineering/technology and Master's training program in Business Administration, Economic Management, Engineering - Technology Management (ETM) application, profession.

3.Admission method:

- Admission based on profile.

4. Conditions for candidates

4.1. Have graduated or are eligible for recognition of university graduation (or equivalent or higher level) in the appropriate field (specified in the admission application review instructions accompanying the training program) specifically as follows:

a. Candidates are full-time students of Hanoi University of Science and Technology registering to study the integrated bachelor's - master's program, and have completed the undergraduate program with a good degree or higher;

b. Candidates are university graduates with a good degree or higher or have scientific publications related to the field they will study and research;

c. Applicants who have graduated from a university in an appropriate field who are not in groups a or b can only enroll in application-oriented master's programs.

4.2. Have foreign language competency equivalent to Level 3 or higher according to the 6-level foreign language competency framework used for Vietnam, specifically as follows:

a. Have a university degree or higher in a foreign language; or graduated from a university level whose study program is mainly in a foreign language;

b. Have a foreign language certificate of B1 or higher, valid from establishments authorized by the Ministry of Education and Training to provide training as of the time of submitting the admission application. Foreign language certificates are only valid for 2 years from the date of issue;

c. Have foreign language certificates equivalent to level B1 or higher (Appendix II)

5. Admission documents and registration form

5.1. Admission documents

- Copy of diploma/graduation certificate, university graduation transcript; Applicants with a university diploma issued by a foreign training institution must submit a document recognizing the diploma for cases that are not exempt from recognition according to the regulations of the Department of Educational Testing and Accreditation - Ministry of Education. Education and Training;

- Copies of published scientific articles and works (if any);

- Foreign Language Degree/Certificate;

Note: Registering for integrated bachelor's degree - master's degree (4.1.a), only submit a Foreign Language certificate.

5.2. Registration form:

- Candidates register online and upload complete documents on the page:

6. Admission fee:

- Submit by bank transfer after successful online registration:

• Bank:     Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank), Hai Ba Trung Branch, Hanoi.

• Amount of money:          650.000 VND (Six hundred and fifty thousand dong)
• Content:       LPCH “Full name”  “Case number”

Note: The application for integrated bachelor's - master's degree (4.1.a) does not need to pay the admission fee.

7. Expected plan

- Candidates register online from April 5, 2023 to November 30, 2023

- Admission interview schedule: held in several rounds after candidates complete registration of admission documents (from April 15, 2023 to December 15, 2023)
