Hanoi University of Science and Technology announces its plan to refund overpaid fees to candidates as follows:

From September 11 - September 24, 2023: Hanoi University of Science and Technology will email and call candidates who have overpaid fees to get the candidate's account information to make a refund by bank transfer;
From September 25 - September 30, 2023: Refunds will be made to candidates who have responded to HCMUT with account information to make a transfer;
From October 2 - October 31, 2023: Cash refund will be made at the Department of Finance - Accounting, Hanoi University of Science and Technology for candidates who overpay fees but do not provide account information for transfer;
After October 31, 2023: Hanoi University of Science and Technology finalizes the data on refunds of overpaid fees from candidates to report to the Ministry of Education and Training and relevant units.
