2. For candidates with categories 1.2 and 1.3:

- Candidates will be officially admitted when they meet Graduation and passing requirements

- Have registered their wishes at the admission registration portal of the Ministry of Education and Training (candidates must determine the order of priority of their wishes when registering on the General System of the Ministry of Education and Training, depending on the candidate who wants to be recognized). Get accepted to this aspiration or want to expand your chances of getting accepted to another aspiration.).

- After the nationwide virtual screening process (and admission is announced), candidates confirm admission and enroll according to the University's instructions.

- Nếu thí sinh đăng ký nguyện vọng 1 (NV1) trên cổng đăng ký tuyển sinh của Bộ GD&ĐT, thí sinh sẽ CHẮC CHẮN TRÚNG TUYỂN bằng phương thức này.
- If a candidate registers for choice 1 (NV1) on the admission registration portal of the Ministry of Education and Training, the candidate will be SURE to be admitted by this method.
- Candidates registering for a program taught in English, in addition to the above conditions, must have one of the following English proficiency conditions: VSTEP English certificate level B1 or higher, IELTS (academic) 5.0 or later or compatible; or The 2023 high school graduation exam score in English meets the requirements of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (will be announced later).
