The registration system for talent admission of Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2023 will open from 9:00 a.m. on March 30, 2023. Candidates should read the instructions carefully before registering information. This registration system is for candidates who wish to participate in Talent Recruitment and Foreign Language Certificate Exchange.

SYSTEM OPEN TIME

From 9:00 a.m. March 30 to 5:00 p.m. June 30: Open registration for category 1.1
From 9:30 a.m. March 30 to 5:00 p.m. May 15: Open registration for categories 1.2 and 1.3
From May 30 to June 20: Interview candidates with category 1.3
June 30: Announcement of talent recruitment results

SUBJECTS OF REGISTRATION

Candidates who wish to register for admission to Hanoi University of Science and Technology using the XTTN method;
Candidates who wish to register to authenticate and convert foreign language points to an international foreign language certificate.

Candidates should read the instructions carefully and prepare all necessary information, documents and evidence before registering. In particular, evidence is photos, candidates need to take clear photos with complete information. Note: Candidates who wish to use foreign language certificates to register for admission to Hanoi University of Science and Technology will have to complete Step 4 (register for authentication and convert foreign language scores), you can skip Step 3 if you do not have one. SOME NOTES DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS:

The ID card/CCCD number the candidate declares for the first time will be the candidate's login account on the registration system. If candidates do not have an ID card/CCCD, they can use their Father's or Mother's ID card/CCCD number. After candidates have their ID card/CCCD, they can go into the system to update it with their number. However, the candidate's login account on the system is still the number declared for the first time.
The email and phone that candidates register on the System will be used to send important information (First-time password, confirmation of registration information, results notification, calendar reminder...). Therefore, candidates need to check accurately before registering.
The images candidates take as evidence must be clear and full of information. Candidates' portrait photos need to choose clear, serious photos in 3x4 size. The system only allows uploads with each image size < 2MB. . Candidates can see tips for resizing photos HERE
At the registration steps, only when candidates choose to will they complete their information registration. Candidates can click the Redo button to re-register from the beginning for each step. Candidates can enter the system to update, edit, and add information during the time the system opens registration. After the system closure date, candidates will not be able to edit registered information.
After each successful registration step, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the candidate. If you have not received this confirmation email, it means the candidate has not registered successfully. Because the email is sent automatically, it may be sent to the Spam/Junk/Ads folder..., candidates should check the email in the above folders if they do not see the email in their Inbox.
Admission fee: (1) Admission fee under Category 1.1 is 50,000 VND (Fifty thousand VND); (2) The admission fee for Category 1.2 and Category 1.3 is 150,000 VND (One hundred and fifty thousand VND) for each category; (3) The fee for verifying and converting Foreign Language points is 50,000 VND (Fifty thousand VND). Candidates registering under any category will have to complete the admission fee for that category before the system closing deadline.
