I. Admission process in 2022 for K67 students

The admission process includes 3 steps:

Step 1. Confirm admission from September 15, 2022:

Candidates confirm admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's information portal according to instructions.

Step 2. Check your academic records to meet the admission requirements from September 16, 2022:

Candidates who are admitted through talent screening do not need to take this step.

Step 3. Complete your online application and submit your admission application at the school (Click)

Candidates use an email account (format ....@sis.hust.edu.vn) sent by the Admissions Office to the candidate's usual email.

October 3, 2022 Full-time students.

II. Admission documents include:

1) Student information declaration form printed from the online information declaration system: 01 copy certified by the People's Committee of the commune/locality where the student's family resides

2) Copy of birth certificate: 01 copy

3) Copy of High School Diploma (notarized) or Graduation Certificate (original)

4) High school transcript: 01 original copy

5) 3x4 ID card photo: 02 photos (wearing collared shirt, white background, no glasses) behind the photo clearly state full name, admission major, student code and student contact phone number.

6) Photocopy of both sides of CCCD Card or ID card. On the photocopy, clearly state the major of admission, student code and student contact phone number.

7) Military service transfer certificate.

III. Some other documents need to be prepared to submit after admission

1) Documents for transferring Party activities (if any).

2) Documents for changing Union activities (if any).

3) Documents for tuition exemption, reduction, and support for learning expenses (if you are a student who is eligible for tuition exemption or reduction - see detailed instructions in section "Documents for exemption policies" , tuition reduction, bank loans".

IV. Admission application schedule

K67 students complete admission procedures and submit applications on September 27 and 28, 2022 at hall C2. Steps to submit admission application are as follows:

1) Students need to prepare documents as instructed in section I.

2) Prepare a pen to write some necessary information on the outside of the application bag issued by the School when submitting your admission application (Student record code on the application bag is the last 4 numbers of the student code).

3) Arrange documents in the correct order on the file bag issued by the School

4) Candidates line up (according to instructions) to submit admission documents.
