After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, can I pursue a master's degree from an IT institute?

Hello teachers,

I have graduated with a bachelor's degree in technology from the Institute of Transport and Communications and want to pursue a master's degree in IT with one of two directions: "Software Engineering and Information Systems" or "Computer Science".

According to my understanding, I cannot study Environmental Science directly, so I intend to pursue a master's degree in "Software Engineering and Information Systems", can I study directly? And how to take the entrance exam?
