Hello teachers,

In the 20191 semester, I completed the engineering program and had to wait until 2020 for the school to issue a university degree. I intend to register for the first round of 2020 master's admission, can I do it now? I see that the online registration section says to take a photo of a university degree, but it is not available yet.
